Beth Sistrunk’s contemporary oil paintings feature traditional painting techniques on modern materials. Multiple translucent panels are painted upon and stacked to create atmosphere and dimension not possible with traditional canvas. Tangled swirls of flower petals envelop contemplative figures in her three dimensional paintings.
