FP's ready-to-inoculate, pure mushroom Grain Master Jar is a first- or second-generation Grain Master in a reusable 1-gallon glass jar fitted with an autoclavable lid and Synthetic Filter Disc (approximate yield per jar: ⅔ gallon). Each Grain Master can be expanded up to 1000 times its mass. Each order of mushroom grain spawn is custom-made: lead time for grain spawn is 2–4 weeks from date of order. Please note: Unlike our ready-to-grow Mushroom Patches and Mushroom Plug Spawn, our Grain Spawn does not come with instructions. It is assumed that the purchaser is sufficiently familiar with mushroom culture technique to utilize these cultures.
